In-person coaching
Personalized strength and recovery coaching designed to meet you where you are
and support where you’re going.
Strength coaching in Banks, Oregon
This is more than a workout or nutrition coaching. It is training tailored to your goals that meets you where you are.
We’ll work together to help you reconnect yourself so you can move through life with greater strength, confidence, and trust.
I know that lasting change isn't created by pushing harder. Instead it begins with reconnecting to yourself:
Your breath
Your body
Your own inner wisdom.
Whether you're rebuilding after illness, recovering from burnout, navigating a life transition, or simply looking for a healthier relationship with movement, our approach remains the same.
What Working Together Looks Like:
Every session begins by checking in with your body, connecting to your breath, and preparing your joints for movement before we begin the work.
Individualized starting point:
Progressions based on your energy and capacity
A balance of strength, recovery, and sustainability
Ongoing support and communication
Ways to Work Together
• Small Group Training: starting at $75/month
• 1:1 Coaching: starting at $300/month
• ReBuild Program - virtual coaching program
Because support is individualized, we’ll talk through what feels like the best fit for you during your discovery call.
Coaching at The Farm Athletics
The Farm Athletics is one of the places where you can work with me in person through personal training, small group strength work, and movement coaching.
In this space, we build strength with intention. Every session begins by checking in with your body, connecting to your breath, and preparing your joints for movement before we begin the work.
Whether you are rebuilding after illness, returning from injury, learning to trust your body again, or simply wanting thoughtful support in your strength training, our work together is designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.
Using HSA/FSA for Coaching & Training
Depending on your plan, you may be able to use your HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) to receive reimbursement for services.
In many cases, services like personal training or supportive care can be eligible when they are connected to a medical need and supported by a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your healthcare provider.
This may apply if you are:
• Recovering from or living with cancer
• Managing treatment side effects
• Rebuilding strength, mobility, or energy after medical care
To request reimbursement, most plans require:
• A Letter of Medical Necessity from your doctor
• A detailed receipt (I will provide this for you)
If you plan to submit for reimbursement, I can provide:
• A detailed receipt with all required information
• Support in understanding what to ask your provider for
Important note:
Every HSA/FSA plan is different, and reimbursement is not guaranteed. I recommend checking directly with your provider to understand your specific coverage.
Questions?
If you’re considering using HSA/FSA funds, we can talk through your options during your discovery call so you feel confident in your next steps.
You deserve support in your recovery—and I’m here to help make that as accessible as possible.
