Strength doesn’t happen in isolation.

The Thrive Continuum is proud to operate alongside a community-centered training space at The Farm Athletics — where movement, resilience, and support come together.

A shared vision for rebuilding strength

At The Farm Athletics, people come together to move, learn, and grow in a supportive environment.

Through The Thrive Continuum, I offer additional support for the space between treatment and feeling like yourself again — through nervous system regulation, movement, nourishment, and behavioral coaching.

While these are separate offerings, they exist alongside each other intentionally.

Some people come to The Farm looking for strength and community.
Others come to The Thrive Continuum looking for a gentler place to rebuild.

Many people find they need both.

My role at The Farm

I coach classes, personal training clients, and recovery-focused movement sessions within The Farm Athletics community.

This partnership allows me to support people across a wider continuum of health — from strength and performance to recovery and rebuilding.
