ReBuild Program:
Supporting you in the space between treatment and feeling yourself again
Cancer changes you. Treatment changes you. Life changes you.
Rebuild was created for women who are ready to move beyond surviving cancer or other illness and begin feeling at home in their bodies again. Through movement, recovery, nervous system support, and tailored guidance, we’ll work together to help you build the strength and confidence to move forward into your next chapter.
This isn’t a fitness program or a nutrition plan to follow. This is a personalized coaching experience with direct support, individualized guidance, and the tools to help you thrive long-term.
Most importantly, this goes deeper to address the very real realities you face after recovery:
You need to learn to trust your body again
Your recovery time is different.
Your stamina is different.
Rebuild meets you where you are today. Whether you're returning to movement after treatment, rebuilding after an injury, or simply starting over, you'll find guidance customized to your current abilities and energy levels.
And, unlike other programs, Rebuild was created by someone who has lived the experience with degrees and training in Behavioral Science, Exercise Science & Behavioral Coaching, Nutrition, and Yoga.
Who is this for?
Women navigating life after cancer treatment.
Women rebuilding after a major health challenge.
Women who feel disconnected from their bodies.
Women who want guidance, structure, and support.
Why ReBuild is Different
After completing treatment for Stage 4 breast cancer, I found myself searching for guidance on how to reconnect with my body and move forward.
To be honest, I couldn’t find answers or support - so I created it for myself and for others.
Most fitness programs focus solely on workouts and nutrition plans. Rebuild recognizes that healing and thriving after cancer treatment involves so much more than exercise. By combining movement, nervous system regulation, nutrition support, and compassionate coaching, Rebuild helps you rebuild trust in your body - not just improve your fitness.
You might be asking if Rebuild can help you feel like yourself again.
There isn't a program that can give you back the exact person you were before cancer or a major life challenge. But Rebuild was created to help you reconnect with your body, rediscover your strength, and move forward with confidence into the next chapter of your life.

My Story
In February 2025, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Inflammatory Breast Cancer. Everything changed.
I went through radiation to my hip, over five months of chemotherapy, a bilateral mastectomy, axillary lymph node dissection, an oophorectomy, 33 rounds of radiation to my chest wall, and ongoing treatment to support my body and reduce recurrence.
Throughout it all, I held onto what I could - nutrition, movement, mental and spiritual health. And slowly, I began to come back. Not as the same person, but with a completely new perspective. What I experienced in that time was more than survival - it was a lifetime of learning, compressed into a single year of necessity. And it changed the direction of my life.
Even with all my education and understanding of how the body worked, my own body felt foreign to me after treatment. The strength I once trusted felt different. My energy was different. My confidence was different. I found myself wondering how to move forward in a body I no longer fully recognized - and that's a hard place to be.
As I navigated my own recovery, I discovered that healing wasn't just about exercise or nutrition. It was about rebuilding trust in myself, learning to listen to my body again, and finding confidence in what it could do rather than focusing on what had changed.
I created Rebuild because I don't want you to have to figure that out alone. My hope is that the tools, guidance, and support inside this program help you reconnect with your body, rediscover your strength, and find your way back to yourself.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much time will I need each week?
Rebuild is designed to fit into your real life (not an idealized version). Most participants spend 2-4 hours per week on movement sessions, educational content, and recovery practices. You can move at your own pace and revisit material whenever you need.
What if I'm still in treatment or recently finished treatment?
Many of the practices inside Rebuild can be adapted to different stages of recovery. However, you should always follow the guidance of your medical team - Rebuild is designed to complement, not replace, medical care.
What if I have limitations, pain, or low energy?
You're not expected to start from a place of perfect health or fitness. Rebuild was created with the understanding that healing is not linear. The program meets you where you are and helps you progress safely and sustainably.
Do I need gym equipment? Most of the program can be completed with minimal equipment. When equipment is recommended, alternatives and modifications are provided whenever possible.
You don't have to figure this out alone.
